About the founder

Channing Hughes is an experienced marketer and business leader.

Channing began supporting small businesses while completing her bachelor’s of science in marketing at Arizona State University. Over time, she worked in multiple industries, including real estate, international aerospace, and semiconductors, before settling into medical devices in 2010. Throughout this time, she continued to support small businesses as they became established, and through expansion. She started her first company, Exponential Enterprises LLC, in late 2009. The business specialized in social media marketing, with the mission to take “your business to the nth degree”.

Expanding to support businesses globally was the next logical step in her journey. Channing attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management and obtained her Global MBA in 2016, at which time she was also awarded the title of Global Ambassador.

With over 16 years of experience in expanding roles in business development, global business strategy, content creation, product management, social media marketing and so much more, Channing is a modern-day, renaissance, business woman.

Each situation provides us with the opportunity to choose the side of the coin that we will see. Channing saw opportunity and created Inspirate LLC.

Channing is an alumnus of Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity and Gamma Beta Phi national honors and service society. She proudly served in various roles, and was the recipient of multiple scholarships.

Channing enjoys spending time with her 2 sons, serving on the PTA and Parent Sounding Board, volunteering at The First Tee, and DIY home projects.
